Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy

Returns within 30 days

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original labels and tags.
The original packaging must be undamaged and complete.
Returned items must show no signs of wear, use or washing.

Please note:

If returned items do not meet these conditions, we may be unable to accept the return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged beyond our responsibility.

All returns must be sent with a track & trace code. Returns sent without tracking are at the customer’s own risk. Lost return parcels cannot be refunded without valid proof of shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email. After processing, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes after placing the order.

After this time, orders are automatically processed and cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to cancel within this timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@sylvoya.com .

All return shipments are sent at the sender’s own risk. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect Item or Wrong Size

If you have received an incorrect item or the wrong size due to our error, we will provide the correct item free of charge.

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Refunds

Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days after we have received and approved your return.
